I did it !

Yaay, I finally did it ! I posted my very first Youtube video today. I’ve wanted to do it for so long and now its up. My first video is a very short tutorial on how to get bright red/orange hair. I used L’Oreal’s colorista hairdye in the shade Orangehair. It’s a wash-in wash-out colour that is supposed to last 2 weeks. I’ll let you all know how that one goes (hum hum… the blue hair dye that was in my hair at the beginning of the video was supposed to just wash out too and I’ve had that for what seems like forever).

This colour was cheap as chips and thats what I love about these semi-permanent colours. You can change them as often as you like without losing half your wages every time.

Red hair

Anyway, I hope you like it ! Please let me know, I’ll be doing another video very soon on how I got my bright pink hair ! So stay tuned 🙂

Okay, so I basically dyed my hair last month, filmed the whole thing edited it and all I have to do is put it on Youtube.

I’ve been obsessed with Youtube videos for as long as I can remember ! And I’ve always wanted to film my own, the problem is… confidence ! Although I’ve never hated my body and I’ve always felt comfortable in my own skin. Not many people know just how “hair and beauty crazy I am” ! I keep trying to tell myself that I shouldn’t care what people think but it’s so hard to not feel embarassed.

I guess I just don’t want people to think I’m shallow but the truth is I love to experiment with hair colours and make-up and I love fashion, there I said it… and I want to make videos about the things I love doing, buying, wearing… Just do it GRACE (I still don’t know if I’m trying to convince you or me haha !)

I’m doing it, I’ll post a video on the blog ASAP !

Thanks for reading,

Grace xx

Since September, I’ve been living in Versailles and I’ve got to say, I’ve been loving it ! Although I miss the countryside a lot, Versailles seems to have been the perfect landing point.

Not far from my job, or the train station Montparnasse (that I need to access over 2 times a week for my lessons), Versailles is very close to Paris but is outside enough that you don’t feel overdosed !
